GIVE
ME
THIS
Tostada de Aguachile.
Aguachile literally means “Chili Water”. The dish consists of raw shrimp (they cook in the high acidity of the lime juices). a lot of lime, enough to drench all the shrimp, some red onions and a lot of diced serrano peppers and cucumbers. Some recipes will have cooked and raw shrimp to give more variety in texture.
Curing Hangovers since the dawn of time.

Anonymous asked: describe your ideal vacation in japan? where would you go, what would you see/do/eat, etc. :)
to be honest I never want to decide too much beforehand or build up expectations of how things will happen or what a place will be like because it’s never the same when it you’re actually there anyway… so I’d love to just go with the flow. The only thing I know is that I’d love to visit Tokyo because I really like big big cities. Ideally I’d have a good traveling partner or someone to visit (but since I don’t know anyone who currently lives in Tokyo that well a traveling partner seems more realistic). Not that I dislike traveling alone, but it depends on the place and the mood of the trip (if that makes sense). I’ve actually been talking with my friend Hrefna about possibly going together in 2014. She went before and loved it and says she has a whole list of things she still wants to do / check out there so that seems ideal… going with someone chill and cool who will make the agenda so I can just kinda tag along and soak in experience hehe. Basically what I wanna do is:
Go with a friend
eat
eat
eat
drink
shop
eat
eat.
and yeah I wanna eat ALL THE FOOD but I guess to name some faves: tonkatsu, gyoza, ramen, udon, yaki soba, sashimi, okonomiyaki, takoyaki, onigiri, curry rice, tea, tea, tea, sake, beer, whiskey, drinx, drinx, drinx.

i love the fashion in kpop so fucking much you guys.
it speaks to me on a spiritual level.
this is not just me being emotional about top’s hair (let’s not kid ourselves though it’s like 80% me being emotional about top’s hair), i really am in love with it. i’m always so impressed with how fucking on point they are trend-wise, and how creative they can be with the outfits and the accessories (remember 2ne1’s LEGO JEWELRY that the stylist MADE FOR THEM like right before their debut stage or whatever OMG???) and EVERYTHING, even the stages!!
BASICALLY I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT KPOP OK BYE
ugh yes this hair makes me cry
